Do I need a Paypal account to purchase from your online store?

No, you are not obligated to have a paypal account to purchase from our online store. You may choose the option BANK TRANSFER via iBanking. Just give us a text message with the shoe size and your name, and we will get back to you with more details.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our customer satisfaction is through the roof and returns/exchange requests are extremely scarce. To reduce the need to exchange, if you have a question about sizing, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

Delivery for local Singaporeans?

All items on-hand will take within 2 to 3 days. Delivery will be arrange through meet up in person. We will plan and inform you the timing and place after we receive your order, in which you can confirm the timing or opt for a reschedule. Only preorders Items will take 7 to 21 days due to shipping from US or UK.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Item will be shipped via FedEX International Priority. Shipping will be handled on the same business day upon purchase. You will then be given tracking numbers. Delivery typically within 1-3 business day. Signature will be required for proof of delivery. 

Are your shoes authentic?

All of our shoes are guaranteed authentic and are purchased direct from Jordan and Nike retailers such as Footlocker, Champs, Finishline, and more. We do not sell B grades. We offer full refund on delivery if you think otherwise.

Payment methods?

Secure Payment can be made through Paypal using Credit/Debit Cards or via Paypal account. You will be redirected to Paypal to complete your order when checking out. Select your preferred payment method. 

You can also choose an option to place a deposit of half the price of the shoe and pay the balance on delivery. Enter the code "DEPOSIT" into the discount code option during checking out. Once order has been submitted, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order and a text message from us shortly after. 

*Only for pre-order; In the event that the availability of stock is no longer available at the time of purchasing the order,  We reserve the rights not to deliver. Should we be unable to deliver, we will contact you and refund the full payment.
